A: Register via "Sign Up" on the homepage with your email or social media accounts (e.g., Facebook/Google). A verification link will be sent to activate your account.

 

Q: I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

A: Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email to receive a reset link valid for 24 hours

 

Q: Are prices inclusive of taxes?

A: Prices exclude VAT/GST unless stated. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address

 

Q: Can I get some discount?

A: Subscribe to our newsletter to get $100 off on your first purchase over $1000.

 

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
